  1. How do I participate in the sale?
    • If you are a resident of Tara Estates, Tara Falls or Shaker Estates, please sign up for a FREE account in the Resident Area to access sale information as well as be able to register online to participate in the sale.
      • If you are a visitor to the site, please join us in our annual tradition starting April 25th!
  1. What is the best road to take to the sale area?
    • From Shakertown- Coy, Merrick & Carthage. Also Greystone Dr. & Southern Belle Blvd. in the Tara Falls division.
    • From Bellbrook- Tara Trl & Stauffer.
    • From N. Fairfield- Plantation.
    • Please see the Sale Area Map, entrances are marked with a green flag.
  1. What signs will be posted to direct me to the sales?
    • There will be signs posted at the major entrances to the neighborhood which are Tara Trl, Coy, Carthage & Plantation. There will also be signs posted throughout the neighborhood to direct you toward streets with multiple sales.
  1. Where can I park & are there any parking guidelines/restrictions?
    • Please refrain from parking in home driveways. Many drives will be roped off, but if they are not, we still ask that you park along the street & in a manner that still allows for through traffic. While this is a large event, please be mindful that it is still a residential area. 
  1. Can I arrive earlier than the event start time?
    • Sales will open at 9 am all three days unless a specific home has it listed otherwise on their page. So out of courtesy, please refrain from arriving earlier than 9 am.
  1. Who do I contact if I have a question?
    • Please email the Tara Estates Garage Sale Committee at taraestatesale@gmail.com. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
  1. Can I be notified about next year’s sale?
    • Yes! Please fill out a Notification form & you will receive an email alert about next year’s sale when the website goes live.
